Parties can be scheduled as far in advance as you would like, however...
Three Weeks (21 days) Prior:
There is a required $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit in order to lock in your scheduled party date.
Two Weeks (14 days) Prior:
Host/ Hostess is required to pay 25% of the party total, NON-REFUNDABLE. Failure to do so will result in cancelation.
One Week (7 days) Prior:
Host/ Hostess is required to pay 50% of the remaining party balance, NON-REFUNDABLE. Failure to do so will result in cancelation.
Host/ Hostess is required to pay remaining balance upon arrival to party.
Cancelation Policy: We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

The cost and expense for the employees time planning, preparing and purchasing supplies for the party, and blocking the time for other clients to schedule.
Canceling without sufficient notice may also require you to make payment up front on all future parties.
Parties scheduled have a minimum number of guests and/or a minimum cost, as well as a specific schedule to follow in order to accommodate all guests. If some of the guests choose not to come, it will be very inconvenient to everyone involved, and the host/hostess is still required to pay the full cost of the scheduled party. Please be respectful of your host/hostess and give plenty of notice so that someone else can be invited to take your place.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, we will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, your host/hostess will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to everyone please plan accordingly and be on time.
Cell Phones: At Spa Angels we understand cell phones are part of everyones life, but we kindly request that each guest turn theirs off at your next Spa Party. If however one or more of your guests are awaiting an important call or perhaps want to be available to a babysitter, we request that the phones be put onto silent/vibration mode.
